We aim to pair the right tenant with the right property and make moving in as stress free as possible and will do what we can to assist with this.

There is an admin charge of £75.00 per adult and guarantor, who must be either a UK home owner or in full time employment, in all cases. Both tenant and guarantor will be subject to a credit check.  If you are claiming benefits, we also require you to fill in the authorisation section of the claim form to enable us to speak to the relevant department should the need arise.  Written confirmation will be required from Housing Benefit before moving in.

A deposit will be required which will be submitted to the Deposit Protection Service (which is a legal requirement). The deposit is protected and the tenant will receive an unique 5 digit code to enable it to be released at the end of the tenancy, provided that all rent is paid and the property looked after.  We also require proof of forwarding address before we can release it.  For full details, please visit www.depositprotection.com.
