We also accept properties which have rent arrears to endeavour to sort out an amicable solution for both tenant and landlord. Standard management charge is 8% plus VAT.
The properties we support cover the length and breadth of the North West, Merseyside, Wirral and North Cheshire – from Southport to Runcorn and throughout Liverpool.
Once we are aware that repairs need carrying out through our Fixflo repairs button, we advise the Landlord and arrange a prompt solution to rectify the problem. Most problems we aim to have addressed within 24/48 hours. The trades people we use are tried and tested, and without exception, have all been with us for a number of years.
All tenants require a deposit and both themselves and their guarantor are subject to a credit check at no cost to the landlord. We also do not charge for the renewal of tenancies which most agents do.
